HUD Broker Registration
In order to place a bid for client, you must be a HUD approved broker. You will need to complete the HUD forms SAMS1111 and SAMS 1111-A and forward them to the Department of Housing & Urban Development 1835 Assembly Street Columbia, SC 29201, Atten: REO Branch-NAID Processing before an electronic bid can be made.

-Complete both forms
-Attach all required documents
-The approval process may take up to 30 days
-Forward to Department of Housing & Urban Development 1835 Assembly Street Columbia, SC 29201, Atten: REO Branch-NAID Processing.
